And I’m forever grateful for Arvin, my leader and coach. He led with heart, discipline, and a level of dedication that inspired me every day. Arvin showed me what real leadership looks like, showing up, setting the standard, and always being there to coach and support.

I was excited for this opportunity to work with Arcera, however, they are a complete waste of time when it comes to transparency. I was told that there would be a base of $800 a week and could earn up to $1200 a week with commissions. I completed three rounds of interviews, and they did not once disclose the pay in detail throughout the hiring process. I was offered the position and went into the orientation just to be told that there would only be a $500 base for 6 weeks. This is a complete commission job which isn’t disclosed in the job description. I think they just want to lure people to hire them rather than pay them. I was told this company once had 200 employees in 2022 and now they have 60 employees. You are better off applying for a business analyst role that pays you an annual salary.
