I have only ever had great experiences here. The receptionists, the vet assistants, techs, and vets are all absolutely fantastic. Any time I've had questions, they've been quick to answer, and any time I've been (overly) worried about our aging cat, Nyx, they've been so reassuring. I've found them affordable and fair for procedures.

Armstrong is so lucky to have them.

It's really a privilege to have this team of vets & techs so close to home. I've received nothing but compassionate, understanding, and gentle care here, especially from Dr Out! You do not feel price gouged here the same way you do across Vernon, wouldn't know what I'd do without them!

Lovely business with even lovelier people. Spaying and neutering is way more expensive than most places but everything else seems fairly priced. My pooch has been a couple times for different reasons and the vet who has seen her both times is very nice and answered all my questions. My poor dog though, she was stuck with a cone for 2 weeks.

I adore the vets at this clinic, especially Dr. Stefan Schweiger, he has looked after my two cats consistently and always is very professional. Bev is also very very kind! she always asks about how my cats are doing when I come in and expresses she hopes they are doing well and I appreciate the compassion. I recommend this vet to anyone. Other reviews say this clinic's pricing is too expensive, but every time I've come in they have given me an accurate estimate of price and have offered multiple payment plans. I think it is very fair. (pictures of my two boys)

Our 5 year old dog went to have 1 cracked molar removed. My mom went to pick up our dog after the surgery and was told they removed 16 teeth. They did not call my mom to ask or even let her know before pulling all of those teeth out. It was shocking and very unprofessional plus the shock of an $1,800.00 bill . The Vet, Dr. Potvin felt he was in his right to pull all of those teeth out without consent.
It’s understandable that the Vet was busy and couldn’t call himself- but surely an assistant or receptionist could make a phone call before doing that.

Look elsewhere for your pets dental needs.
