I came to this office I had called ahead, made an appointment to have paperwork signed that needed a notary public present, was told on the phone this would be no problem.

I arrived and was told that I couldn't have my paperwork signed because he "didn't think I understood it", which is condescending to say the least, but also easily rectified with a liability waiver. Instead I had to drive all the way into Sudbury to find someone to sign my paperwork, who by the way, had no issues with my "understanding" of my own documents.

Drive through tends to get swamped, not sure why, possibly over demanding consumers. Tip, just order simple off the menu. If yall have picky needs, eat in the restaurant.
