Last year, I was contacted via cold calling about their amazon ppc services. They offered a free evaluation and I enjoyed their feedback. I was able to take their suggestions and improve my account myself. The rep was very knowledgeable and I think was from Canada, a native English speaker. I did consider contacting them again especially after getting approval to increase our ad spend. However, this year their staff contacted me again for another free evaluation. It seems like their whole staff was outsourced to India. Everyone had thick accents and were harder to follow. I thought that was okay maybe they were very knowledgeable and would still be a good resource. The audit was not helpful at all. They didn't provide any good suggestions and just wanted me to sign up for their services.

Also, the scheduler, Aarti Bedarkar, was rude to me about rescheduling the meeting. Our offices were closed due to winter storms. Said if I didn't keep this one scheduled that they weren't going to offer the free evaluation and that I should be glad to receive this free service. I really didn't like their tone. I'd caution using them. It says they are based in Canada but it seems like they are now outsourcing.
