I took my side by side in for service and they told me it wasn't worth fixing. They charged me $400 for removing and replacing the plastic panels. I took it somewhere else and had it repaired for $300. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

Everyone was super kind, i just dropped my machine off for some service work. They are a busy spot. But were happy to help me out

EDIT :
the time i picked up my machine in was told it was back running again. They towed it out of the shop with both front tires flat and missing a windshield. When i went back in to get my windshield they found it but had no idea what they did to my quad... i wouldn't go back there to have any work done.

A bit later I took my daughter for a ride, she stepped on the footrest and almost tore it off the machine, turns out they didn't put the footrest bracket back on.
I called and asked them to fix it. I spoke with Denis, he was very willing to help correct the issues that were caused in the first place.. i don't know the whole story but the lady that was running the service department when I dropped off was nice, but had no clue what was going on and wouldn't call me back about the issues i had.
It seems to be much better now that Denis is there.

I purchased an acerage tractor TYM ...T25...I have never owned a tractor before so i am a true newbie learner. I want to highly recommend Randy in sales. He is a very honest guy and has personally helped me out on my newbie journey. I wouldn't think twice about contacting Randy and recommend this company for honesty and awesome service.

Very happy with my machine and the service when buying. I had alot of questions going in but they were all answered and i left happy. The work they do in the shop is also great as my family has only had excellent work done at a decent price.

Poor workmanship and a huge bill. Never again. Make sure you get your repair estimate in writing and write on the quote no extra work without your consent. This is a place where they rip you off and thank you for your money. Never again will I cross their doorstep and I was warned by other customers about them. Fool me once......

We got a tractor from them and had it running for 2 week before it broke. We have been waiting 4 months now for them to fix it with no results. After some arguing they gave us a loner for a while saying we can keep it until ours is fixed. But ended up taking it back before ours was done leaving us without equipment that we needed to get ready for winter.
