This is a very good registry, the staff here or experience, kind, and very knowledgable. It’s a little tough to get parking sometimes but it’s my preferred location for all my registration needs.

My brother went down on his birthday to do his basic road test after waiting for five months to get an appoitment, the examiner was an very rude older man, apparently he refused to come into the registry, stayed in his car and kept his window up while my father was speaking to him, he completely refused to acknowledge my dad and brothers presence, when we asked if their was another tester they told us he was the only one. He had a very negative vibe and didn't seem to have any care for his position and for albertans needing road test services. If he is that miserable he should just retire and let someone else that cares about alberta drivers take his job or Alberta Transportation and the registry should fire him. He also made my brother do a parallel park on a basic road test with the justification that this is how they do things in Athabasca, which I'm sure is not allowed we waited five months and spend over a hundred dollars in travel from our hometown and your that rude? Terrible and awful customer service. I'll be making sure that my family and friends never spend a single dime at this horrible place. Do your roatest anywhere but here you will thank me later.
