Another great site ruined by the new readers. Those under performing units should never have been put into service. No receipts, couldn't read my card. A 5 minute stop turns into a 10 minute stop because of that junk. It's a shame

The store manager is extremely rude, and has little to no interest in helping customers. He should really have that store taken away from him. Out of all the ufa's in Alberta, Athabasca's bathrooms are the grossest, half the pumps leak fuel out of different swivels and connections before the nozzle, if they work at all, and most of the card reader stations are often down. A disgrace to the UFA name. 😡

Using the washrooms was yelled at by a trucker for watering my dogs when bf went to talk to staff was very rude never had such a horrible experience at a ufa before didn't make a mess just used washroom and got told by worker not to use their facilities again so won't be buying fuel from them ever again other better ufa available with nicer bathrooms rude staff my family have been ufa customers for years avoid this cardlock if your not a trucker I guess not for farmers or customers just truckers
