0 should be a option and I will be notifying better business bureau of fraud owner Andrew committed. Save money and hassle go elsewhere He did work for me in 2013 that I paid for, JUST found out that in 2015 he went to collections and said I didn’t pay him. I went to the collection agency and showed them proof that I paid him and collection agency said ok and they’ll notify the credit bureau. 3 months later I checked my credit score again and find out it’s still on there saying I haven’t paid. Called back collections and they don’t know why it’s on there either so I have to personally contact credit bureau to launch a dispute and investigation, which I did. A lot of headache for a $70 bill that was paid 6 years ago. ?

Tried contacting Andrew to figure this out but he refuses to call or email me even with repeated requests left with his office Maybe this is why they changed their name from Shield Intergation, too much unhappy customers they had to start fresh?

I emailed them as per their request the day they commented on my review and surprise I haven’t heard anything back. 4 weeks and countering and still waiting for them to respond back.
