A company in this business should well rounded, as their customers may require many levels of service, from mild to wild.
I didn't need my entire home wired with the most modern electronics. No, I simply required a piece of equipment (A/V Receiver) but I may as well have been asking for a large project as I was tested the same way. Great pricing on my equipment, solid communication, and availability exactly as promised. Christian was so easy to work with and I wouldn't think twice about going back for any variety of equipment or install - I know he'd deliver. Thank you sir!

We are gladly giving this company 5 Stars and would give more! We have been using another local company to install and maintain our Smart Home and after 3 years of trying to get our systems up and running we gave up and researched and called around. We had Matt come over to our house yesterday and in just a few hours had everything up and running. He explained in easy to understand language the issues and showed us things we never knew. He has made a number of recommendations to deal with some of these issues and we are booking a return visit to upgrade and add a number of new devices to our home. My wife and I wished we found Automated Entertainment sooner as these costly service calls from the other dealer would have been prevented. I found sound crack issues with my ELAC Debut ConneX DXB41-BL Monitor Speakers that I purchased last year. Christian S responded surprisingly quickly and gave all the answers to fix the problem including replacement. Fortunately, I was able to solve the issue following his guide by downloading new firmware. Their after customer service was fantastic. Fast, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Thanks Christian S.

Automated Entertainment takes up to 20% - 50% restocking fees on returns that I was not aware of when making a recent purchase of Elac Debut 2.0 B6.2 bookshelf speakers (through Amazon). Seller would not issued a return slip on my purchase without threat of these fees.

Their policy showing 20% - 50% restocking fees can be found on their Amazon product page - click "Automated Entertainment" then look under "about seller". It appears 20% can even apply to unopened product and then up to 50% at their discretion if opened. Unfortunately I did not dig this deep before ordering.

Seller did contact me to say he would potentially try to reduce fees or minimize them but no promise to waive them. It is my sense in discussions with this seller that they are more interested in charging the restocking fees than trying to minimizing them - perhaps looking to monetize the return process.

These fees should be disclosed more clearly to buyers at checkout rather than broadsiding them when applying for a return. Reputable electronic retailers such as Best Buy for example, do not charge such fees.

ELAC Debut 2.0 B6.2 purchased this week are simply incredible. Absolutely excellent, neutral, no boom and sizzle, natural sounding speakers. I've owned more audio equipment than you can imagine for one person through many past years. As a musician, electronic hobbiest and a dedicated audiophile enthusiastic about high-fidelity sound reproduction for over 50 years, just buy these! I should have bought them a long time ago. The best thing about my Amazon Elac purchase was the supplier Automated Entertainment in Ontario who ensured delivery within a few days. They were also great and easy to contact by phone for information about my speakers. Automated Entertainment Canadian audio company deserves a 100% and 5 star rating. I will definitely do business with them again.

Every one of their on-site technicians have fixed any of our issues in a timely fashion. They are always there to answer our questions and go the extra step to make sure all things are working the way you want them to. Would highly recommend them as a conduit to your home automation / security and at home entertainment needs.
