I very much loved the experience I gleaned while working for Aventura Marketing! Aventura, a great platform for both constant learning and earning. I would say it was my one of the best working experiences with this company I ever had. The mentors and managers are super friendly and helpful and they always look for the room of employee’s continuous development. Their pay structure is amazing and it is certainly possible to make a huge paycheque here. An uncapped earning opportunity and continuous learning environment made me a sales pro. An amazing place to work at. Management is amazing. Regular training and workshops targeted to overall development of an employee. Here you can write your own paycheck. Lots of opportunities to grow your career. They make you learn sales from scratch and train you continously to become better at it. Worked as a Senior Sales Consultant for 15 months, coming from a totally different background this place was completely ready to invest in me and trained me right from the scratch. The layers within the management structure is very helpful and always there to guide or answer you patiently. This is the place to learn sales from experienced managers who are very generous and they include both hourly + commission pay (Which is great too).
