The web page is very clean and easy to use. Setting holiday messages, out of the office, or forwarding lines is as easy as a few clicks away. This system has great features, and the phone system is all we were hoping for. Love the app as well, works very nice and makes it easy to check VM and take calls. Great job!

We recently moved our phone service one of the major telecom companies because we were not receiving the attention or support we needed as a medium sized business. B1 made the transition very easy and we are so grateful that there were no issues with porting numbers over. They were very hands on and provided us with new phones and the support we needed. The prices were much more competitive as well. We would highly recommend switching to B1!

I have used B1 Communications for over 5 years in two different businesses. I find their service excellent and their response to any concerns to be well above average.
