Such a great dental practice, booking was so easy and the receptionist was so friendly! All the staff are so so nice as well as doing an amazing job on my teeth. I had a chip fixed and was silly and was biting my nails it came off a few weeks later and they fixed it again for free even though it was kinda my own fault for it coming off! Definitely recommend going here!! Also a really handy location 🙂

I came to this dental clinic after visiting another one, because I was still feeling some discomfort while chewing and sensitivity in my teeth after treatment elsewhere. The doctor here redid a couple of my fillings and also treated another tooth that the previous clinic had told me was perfectly healthy and didn’t need any work.

I’m really happy with the experience — everything was handled professionally and with care. A huge thank you to the guy at the reception as well — he gave me a lot of helpful advice and recommendations.

I went there earlier and I was happy with my experience, they were all kind and friendly.
I like the way Rob takes care of me even though he is busy, he tells me everything about the procedure to be done and the price.
I am also very grateful to Doc RD, Angie and Jocelyn they are all awesome.
I will recommend this clinic. And i have book my next schedule so i will definitely come back.

Phenomenal service from every single person I've dealt with at Banff Dental Care. The owner, Dr. RD and Angie really looked after me while finalising my Invisalign treatment after I had a previously unpleasant experience at another practice. Rob at reception is always extremely helpful, friendly and pleasant to deal with. And I had yet another wonderful experience today with Krista who cleaned my teeth. I've never had such a thorough job done and felt I was well really well informed about the condition and upkeep my teeth. Even the manager, Katarina, was super lovely to deal with. I rarely write reviews but I honestly cannot recommend this practice enough! I'd give 10 stars if I could. 🙂

In the recent months I had moved Dentist Clincs in Banff, to Banff Dental Care. I’m so happy I did for numerous reasons; appointment availability for an early appointment before work, my wire broke - fixed on the spot, billing process was easy - direct billing, front desk staff are very knowledgeable/ friendly. And after a few appointments, I can actually say I am happy with my dentist clinic as a whole.
