While traveling abroad for a ski trip to Banff, a Microsoft update locked me out of my laptop by no longer recognizing my user account. I found Banff IT through a web search, and Jonas responded quickly, scheduled a same-day appointment, and had my laptop fixed and returned the same day. Great communication, fast service, and a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I rarely leave google reviews but Jonas went above and beyond to help me with my laptop. I am here in Banff on a one week vacation and very dependent on my laptop. Unfortunately the computer broke on day 1. I found Jonas, who came to my hotel, diagnosed the problem, fixed the computer and returned it to my hotel within 48 hours! Amazing service, professional and the laptop works better than before! 5 stars... thank you Jonas!

Jonas was exceptional! Great communication and speedy service when I needed a hard reset on my laptop plus an install for a couple additional parts. Few hiccoughs along the way but he laid out the options and gave me his recommendations. Stellar company and great bloke! Cant recommend enough
