J'ai eu une panne pendant mes vacances à Banff et je n'ai pas été satisfait de la prestation du garage Le personnel a été sympathique mais j'ai du attendre 5 jours une piece mécanique, avec des délais qui ont changé 3 fois. Au final suite à la réparation, j'ai eu exactement la même panne 1 semaine plus tard dans une autre ville. En plus le prix de la pièce neuve était beaucoup plus élevée que dans l'autre garage. Je ne recommande pas ce garage.

Just started our holiday and had a puncture with our rental car. After numerous conversations with rental company we were advised to go to Banff Auto Services to see if they could repair it. They were fully booked but said they would try and fit us in when they could. They were able to do so but the tyre was unrepairable therefore we would have to call an emergency pickup from our rental company. The garage were brilliant very accommodating and sympathetic to our circumstances. We cannot rate them high enough and would recommend them as a friendly and understanding company.

I had booked an appointment for a slow leak, and noticed an oil leak before leaving for my appointment — as I had a big drive coming up, I was worried. The mechanic took the time to look under the hood with me and talked me through some possibilities before my appointment, and then checked for leaks during my appointment even though they were crazy busy on the weekend. Thankfully it ended up being a false alarm, but I really appreciated the care and the time that the mechanics took to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. I felt the mechanics were honest and had good integrity and fantastic service. Highly recommend!

Visiting from Minnesota. Our rental car had some paint scuffs on the bumper. A mechanic named Will was super friendly and helpful to buff out the bumper and make it look like new! 5 minutes and it was done. Highly recommend the friendly customer service! Canadian nice! 🇨🇦🙂
