Excellent option to go for a private tour!
We wanted to visit lake Minnewanka & Two Jake Lake., Anthony, our driver, kindly made a few extra stops to show us breathtaking views and wildlife. He shared interesting facts about the places we visited and the animals we saw. The pace was perfect, not too fast neither too slow. We had a reservation at a restaurant and he managed the time so we were back in time for dinner.
And last but not least when we compare the price with the local tours it was a great deal.
Before booking a tour do not forget to consider this option.

AMAZING!!!
We booked 4 hours with Charles. Our wedding reception was at the Banff Springs and he was taking guests back to Canmore throughout the night. Three groups in total - each group had nothing but great things to say about him.

Cheerful and entertaining. Even endured the last groups drunken sing along to disney tunes!

My mistake was that I did not rent him for the full 8 hours to take us to Banff as well. The transportation to Banff was a limo service that was a huge disappointment for customer service. Charles' great attitude would have topped anything you would get from the limo experience.

Thank you for making the end of our night a great time 🙂

We booked a bus charter during the off season for a department day out and I cannot tell you how fantastic this service was. Charles was extremely professional, flexible, responsive, and fun! The bus was clean and well maintained, the service was exceptional, we can’t thank you enough for making our department day an above and beyond experience! We made our own itinerary around the park from 10:30 am to almost midnight and Charles was right there ready to go all day (including extra random stops and drop offs) with a rocking playlist and so many fun facts about the park and the wildlife. Our team can’t thank you enough!! 10/10 recommend for all Banff transportation needs.

The worst can experience I’ve ever had, would give -5 stars if possible. Me and my group have never been spoken to as rudely as we did by our cab driver. He was doing at least 160km on the highway while it was icey and snowing and then proceeded to drift off the ramp after not slowing down. We asked for him to slow down many times and he claimed he was only going 10 over the speed limit when we saw the speedometer at 160km. He started the drive off extremely rude and complaining about us going to Canmore from Banff, he could’ve of denied but took us and continued to be extremely rude about it the entire way. We confronted him after the drive and took his license plate down, we asked for a name and he refused and kept saying cab 95 was his name. Will never be calling this service again and strongly advise anyone else to avoid them.

Charles is the most personable, professional, magnanimous driver/host/guide a person could ask for. He was so knowledgeable about the local area and took such great care of us. We weren't just "another tourist", he treated us like friends. I can't recommend him/the Banff Transportation group enough.

My daughter booked us a night at the Banff Springs for my birthday. We were running late for a dinner reservation at Brazen. We started walking to the bus stop and a wonderful gentleman by the name of Charles stopped and asked if we needed a lift downtown. He was absolutely awesome. So friendly, polite, and a great sense of humor. Thank you to our driver Charles for getting us to the restaurant on time and the entertainment on the way there!! Much appreciated!!

Called to book a taxi. Was greeted by a rude phone operator with attitude. Deep sighs when asking simple clarifying questions.

Was happy to pay the price, which was steep but fair, but the attitude and condescending tone was unacceptable.

I can see why our hotel concierge didn't recommend this service compared to the others.

Rob was amazing, professional, prompt and we felt safe with his driving skills and in his nice/comfortable suv (we had a ski bag). He made sure the car was a comfortable temp, great conversation and pointed out sights along the route that we never knew existed.

Coming from the US and first time to Sunshine Village in Banff was very confusing when arriving and departing outside gondola hours, we considered going elsewhere and after a brief conversation with Jeremy at the office and making the reservation, they were also competitively priced for private car service, we felt more confident. Would absolutely recommend Rob and Banff Transportation.
