I cannot thank Barb enough for helping me find the most perfect house! She notified me before the house was on the market and we set up a viewing the first available day. She helped me secure the house despite multiple offers. Barb arranged a house inspector and made everything as simple and stress free as possible for me. Gregory group has moving trailers available and I was able to use one for the week of possession. The extra goodies on possession day was also such a nice touch! This was the 3rd house I bought and definitely the smoothest process with the best communication and perks.
