I first signed on with Wendy in the summer of 2024 for a 90 day period. She was energetic and had lots ideas. Of the 90 day contract period she was MIA 26 consecutive days. This past winter I worked with her once again to purchase a condo.

I came to realize Wendy Ronberg while she worked for me was more aggressive than I could tolerate, to the point of being overbearing. There were many instances where I felt bullied. I finally let her go when I asked to see a prospective condo a second time. Her response was "it's not necessary, you can see it a second time at the inspection".
If she were in a playground, she'd be the bully.

Wendy is an absolute gem to work with when it comes to a realtor (home buying and selling). We first had the pleasure of having her help us buy our first home back in 2019. She was honest, we trusted her and she never left us in the dark and completely transparent.
