It's a great little campground for a quick stop. The bathrooms are nice, the shower is so clean. Very well priced too. There's a nice little playground across the street so my kids were happy.
The train and the nearby road are a bit noisy but overall it was a good experience.

This campground was just what we needed. It was very quiet and the washrooms were clean. We enjoyed exploring Bassano. We camped here in order to visit Blackfoot Historical Park the next morning. My only suggestion to the campground managers: paint all the picnic tables.

We stayed one night here in 32ft Class A motorhome. It was great! $11 dollars for power and water. Washroom/showers were very clean. Pay on the honour system. Yes, there was some train noise but almost all of the town campsites along the Trans Canada highway in Saskatchewan and Alberta are beside the CP mainline. I will stop in here again.

The Homecoming camp ground is operated by the municipality of Bassano and is a very nice place to stop. Its small, well-treed, and looks friendly. Short walk to the town's surprisingly many shops and services. It's located quite a way off of the TC highway so no road noise. The CPR mainline is your constant companion here though but not too bad.||||The group camping area to the west is grassy so lots of places to pitch tents. The individual spots have enough grass area too.||||For RVs, there are back-in and pull-through sites. No water or sewer hook ups. There is a water outlet by the bath house o bring a hose extension. No sani dump but there is a free dump site on 1 Avenue a bit east of the campground (town side, not railway side).||||Bathroom is a small, clean affair with the usual. Just one shower for the men's side. Presumably similar for the women's.||||Affordable, honour system payment. Much less than a private campground.

Lovely little town very quiet, the town not the camp site as much. Located beside train tracks but what camp site isn't beside the highway or train tracks basically. The washrooms were clean had a shower you could use and drinking water. If your in the area and need a place to camp for the night I would recommend. Self registration just grab a spot and put your money in the envelope $20 for no power $25 for power. Also has plugs in the washroom for non power sites to charge phones and such.

Quiet RV site, run by the local community. A few facilities but very clean and tidy.
A fabulous Italian restaurant (Armando's) within walking distance.

Nice campground. great location. Shower looks dark at first, but was actually nice and cleaned regularly.
