Jessica at the Grande Prairie location was courteous and pleasant to work with on the purchase of a new phone. Communication was awesome and emails were responded to promptly. I made changes the following day, prior to pick-up, after the initial agreement and she was very helpful in the changeover and implementing the new terms.

This was our third Telus authorized dealer we went to to deal with a nightmare bill some moron got my parents on. The other two dealers wanted to charge my parents exhorbantent fees to make any changes.

Kristen at Bearcom was amazingly was patient with my parents and was able to do the changes that were requested and much needed. Again, we greatly appreciated the services and patience she provided. Again thank you.

Dropped into the store today as my travels brought me to the Grande Prairie area again. I had brought my two-way radio I had purchased in Edmonton from another company.

The ask was to get all channels I require in my travels to be programmed onto the radio purchased from another company.

Arrived mid morning and was asked for 1 day for programming. 5 hours later they had completed as requested and went above expectations. Charged what I feel is a great price considering they never sold me the radio.
