My husband Clair has been going to Dr Riske for along time. I feel that Dr Riske has great bed side manners! We were at his clinic couple weeks ago with concerns and he didn’t hesitate, got his requisition forms and we were on our way. No wait time. All around very clean professional office. Thanks Dr Riske

Never had a swollen lymph node on my neck before, went to go see my family doctor and explained this is very unusual as this has never happened. brushed me off and said everything should be fine, i apparently have a “mild cold” and was advised to take ibuprofen and advil, and he never swabbed the back of my throat. the next day i woke up with my tonsils nearly touching eachother with an infection in the back of my throat. Was in excruciating pain so I rushed myself to the ER. After my first visit to the ER, I had to wait for results. I called in to see if the ER had sent my results over, lady at front desk said nothing has come in. Asked if there’s anything I should do or take since I cannot swallow anything and am in a lot of pain. The great medical advice I got was to “drink gatorade” and “take small sips of water”🤣hello I can’t swallow, why not suggest to go back to the ER? I ended up doing that and finally got the attention I needed. This place sucks I am switching doctors. Doctor could have ran tests on me and we could have targeted this infection before it got as bad as it did. Turns out I have peritoneal abscess. That was my “mild cold”

Doctor moved over an hour away which is not reasonable for us to follow. No consideration to put us on a wait list even though we have been going there for years. No plan to have doctor to replace him. Just so long not sorry. So be careful if there are any changes with your doctor whatsoever they will not be there to help.

All my experiences here have been positive. Conscientious scheduling enhances patient's needs/concerns are addressed in predetermined time slots when pt books. Cuts down on waiting room holding patterns. Courteous, warm, staff and clean, comfortable premises.
