When I went to upgrade my phone, my dad and I made it very clear that the upgrade was for me, as I am under my dads phone plan at the moment. We even talked about myself getting my own phone plan after I get the upgrade. They ordered my upgrade phone, and after two weeks it came in and my dad and I went to go pick it up. Turns out they ordered the phone under my dads phone number as if it was an upgrade for him. We then had to wait another 4 days for the phone to do to a reset so it could be a public selling phone and they put it on hold for us to pick up. I’m picking it up today, I sure hope they actually put it on hold.

I first went in to talk about a promo bell had sent me via text message an inquire about moving my fiance over to my account. However, John provided such a great service and explanation of things that I went home and immediately brought back my brother and mother to try and get a cheaper phone plan as well. He was exceptionally helpful in helping all of us reduce our monthly phone costs
