I recently went in to upgrade my phone. We had fantastic, professional service from Chad. He helped get me the best deal by comparing the plan I went in about to the loyalty plan. He looked after the transfer of my data from one phone to the other, and then helped me with my first purchase of my first smart watch. I felt totally comfortable dealing with Chad and the staff here and will definitely be returning! Thank you, Chad!

Not even 2 days in with Bell and my modem is a dud. Technicians missed my initial installation on Dec 31 with no warning or call. No re-book either.

Second install was late on the call to rebook.

Third install finally came but the modem went overnight. Now the technician who was supposed to come today no-showed (Again no call or warning). Rebooked for tomorrow but already strongly considering switching to Rogers.

On the phone with Rogers now and will update this review to see if I get a better deal, or at LEAST better service. My neighbour has had Rogers for 4 years, no issues.

Wish I could leave a zero here. Supposed to install on Sept 3rd it's Sept 23rd and still haven't installed. Went to Eastlink and they installed the next day. Bell Aliant does not care about customers or customer service. Monopolies and unions create compliance and we as Canadians should stop accepting this behaviour.

Wish i could leave zero stars.

By far the least accountable, most disorganized, utterly incompetent organization I have ever encountered in my entire life. Hundreds of employees can't all naturally be useless and offensively unhelpful...it has to be that Bell Aliant itself is a complete failure as a company.

had a guy here this morning to try and fix our internet he was very rude and just said nothing I can do.. horrible service and will be going with Roger's next month. His name was Rod very disrespectful and swearing infront of my 3 year old.
