Amazing customer service. I wish I had gotten his name. He was great, explained things about the phones and packages and little things to look out for. We will be returning to him when we get our phones. Hands down, this guy was the best.

Took my iPhone 14 in as I got a text saying I could upgrade,service was good.got a iPhone 16 months payment 115 $ got my bill 324$ got charged for the 14 as I still had a contract as per the store I purchased the phone from told them I still have a contract with the iPhone 14 was told that’s no problem I won’t be charged as I am trading it in store told me I would get a credit of a 100$ phoned the 1800 number dealing with dom told me I only got a credit of 6.59 out of a 160$ that’s owed to me he wasn’t able to get me the full amount only thing he was able to do was credit me 70$ so I was robbed 90$ thanks bell you really know how to take care of your costumers without Vaseline. And I am still our 90$

Went there to get a new phone for my son. Gary was super awesome. He was patient and I left getting more of a deal than I expected. I would say the best customer service that I've had in a long time. Thanks Gary your awesome!

This staff at this location is very rude!
I asked one of the male staff a question about my cell plan and he turned away and start talking in there language nonstop back and forth to his co worker, absolutely rude, we are in Canada please speak English especially on front of customers. I left that location with no answers 🥹beyond
frustrating will avoid that location

If I could leave a lower rating, I would this is only the first time I decided to leave a comment the service I have received every time I’ve been in the store has been deplorable I just went to this location. It closes in an hour. There was on on break sign on the door Who is on break an hour before the Store closes. I called the guy open the door. I went in knowing I didn’t have a photo ID although I do have the phone bill from the phone for the last 15 years a credit card, a bank card, birth certificate mail with my name and mailing address they have on file and a photo of my photo ID that got stolen. I was unable to purchase a new phone today. I have been with Bell for anlmost 20 years Every time I have to deal with them the service is so poor and you have to jump through circle or pay the balance of the bill before purchase it’s always something! I will be looking for a new provider! I do not recommend this location

Was basically more interested to help the guy that came in after me. Quoted me high when I was asking about the promotions that were showing online and told me that he didn't have the phone available (Samsung 23) only had the Ultra. Asked for the differences between the phones, he did show me that but as for plans or promos it was like he couldn't be bothered. I decided to leave and went to Costco on 50st instead and I'm got more than I asked for. I picked up the S23 + I'm paying less than than my current bill (only by a few dollars but new phone and 25 more gb of data)plus I got a lightening car charger and head phones for free!! Bell manning, was there for 45 min and walked away very angry! Go to Costco instead!

If I could rate 0 I would. I have been into the store three times to get help sending my phone in for a repair and get a loaner in the meantime while it's being repaired. I have been turned away each time. They tell me that bell cannot help me send my phone in to get repaired or give me a loaner phone because I did not buy the extended warranty. However the phone is still under Bell's one year warranty as well as samsungs one year warranty. After calling bell and finally getting the correct department, someone finally helped me along with no issues. Why have stores if no one in the stores know how to help or even tell you that you need to call customer service to deal with the issue. Beyond frustrating!
