I went to return a phone, girl there was very rude. No idea what she was doing, she had to call someone for instructions, No customer service skills at all. I was entitled to a discount but she said I was not. I wanted a certain phone but she said none available in all the Bell stores ( Not sure how she would know that without checking) No willingness to help me out at all. I went online and did everything myself, ordered my phone, changed my plan and got my discount. I will NEVER!!!! go to this location again. I am not sure why you would treat your customers like this... Don't you want customers

I came in today to upgrade my phone, the service I received from Sim was fantastic! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new phone and my plan would include everything I needed. Thank you!

I had the worst customer experience at this store. BELL customer care technician sent me here for a SIM substitution due to network error as I have been without network for 5 days. The staff was not sure if the problem would be fixed or not after putting in new SIM with additional charge. They took hands off saying they are thrid party and don’t have anything to do with the situation. Don’t appreciate it at all.

Harmen helped my mom and I get new phones yesterday. He was extremely helpful, broke down all of our options and calculated our monthly payments on a few different phones. He went above and beyond in helping us understand our options. He had us in and out in a hour. We were extremely pleased with his customer service and would highly recommend anyone in need of a new phone visit this booth!

I came across these wonderful staff named Amanatdeep and Sim. It was exceptional service and were very friendly. I find it hard to go to places where I go back and think, "wow, I'm glad I chose this place". They were very patient and considerate. Great value, good service.

I went there w my Kokum (grandma) today to switch her phone in (her contract was up & she upgraded). The woman working, Kay, was really nice, happy & outgoing as any employee should be at their work place. She made conversation w us & made us feel welcome! We loved her! We were so thankful for her help ? & her tips on how Bell is cheaper than some phone providers!
