I ordered a hoodie in January for the 15U Provincials on the West Coast. The tournament was postponed from February to March 3/4 due to weather. When the apparel was sent out, the order was missing a box. Parents were instructed to contact the company on Monday to report the missing order. 4 of our players were missing their order and all parents called multiple times to be given very vague excuses and always "we aim to send these out next week, our guy was off with covid"... Fast forward to two weeks ago, the other girls received their order and I still had not received my daughters. I called the next morning and was told they would look into it and call me back. I called 6 times over the past two weeks, and not once did anyone call me back, nor did anyone give me a straight answer as to where my order was. I called this morning and requested a refund and was told the employee who handles the orders was not in the office yet and I would receive a call back when he was. I reiterated that I have been told 6-7 times already that I would receive a call back and had not. This employee assured me I would. An hour later, he calls me back to tell me they will process my refund and it could take up to 10 days. And with that, there was an awkward silence... I was expecting an apology of some sort; nothing in the way of an apology or any customer appreciation. After 2 months of dealing with this, I was not offered an apology or any incentive to return to their shop. I am totally unimpressed with this business, and will not order online from them again.

Went in with some team jackets to get names embroidered on them. Got them back in only a few days and they were perfect. Good prices as well.
