Called the store asked for a specific model of phone I was after. She said they had it in stock, I even asked them to double check and confirm, she said yes. Drove there from Cold Lake (30mins), just to find out they dont have it. Thank you for wasting my time and fuel.

The ladies there were so amazing! They knew exactly what I needed and always asked me if I was comfortable! The one girl even had the same name as me, no relation! She was amazing and offered me so many good products and assisted me in my recent plans and if I wanted to update anything! The store was so nice too and I had a really good time coming in with my kids! It was all very friendly and child friendly as well! I’m happy I got good service as well as so many new products!

Let me start off by saying the store is great, and the cherry on top is the manager. Not only does she go above and beyond for her customers, but she has a great sense of humor (which seems rare these days lol) she also saved me a lot of money on my mobile services. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They went over and beyond to make sure I was receiving very discount and promotion available. Customer service is truly a dying skill, however the Bonnyville staff have definitely perfected this lose art.

Ordered an iPad to add to my plan. Was told it a $50 deposit was needed. No communication to when it will show up. After phoning 3 times and getting no where other than a "we'll call you back" (which never happened)I went to the store only to be told there was shipping issue. Would have been nice to know but better late than never. 3.5 weeks later it arrives. I am then told it will only be released to me if I pay $500 cause the "price went up" how does it go up $450 in the matter of 3 weeks? Which again went unanswered. So not a good experience. I'll give it 2 stars just because the people could obviously tell I wasn't happy and they were being nice and I know it's not their fault

Super helpful staff they have always been able to fix any issue my phone has had. Would recommend anyone looking to upgrade their old phone go see them everyone is very positive and will do there best to get you what your requesting if at all possible 😀

Everyone gives you their 110% deals with great phones and service is amazing most understanding group of people iv met, Chelsea stayed with me for a couple hours after just to help me try and figure my stuff out. No one has ever given me the type of treatment iv been given when I was feeling lost and Chelsea Owen Kathrin Riley Eric Jay and Tyson are wonderful. Keep this team running they are amazing

After a EXTREMELY stressful/annoying morning at Telus the source staff completely changed my mood! I was in and out within an hour & walked out with a VERY affordable plan and a branded new iPhone 14 plus. It came a multitude of many colours that they had in house to choose from!! These ladies were so helpful when it came to finding the right phone for me and my budget, while also giving off a “family-like” atmosphere!

If you are on the market for new phone please stop by the Source in Bonnyville, you not will not be disappointed 🙂
