I would like strongly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Olds and surrounding areas, it is worthy to drive a little bit further to enjoy your stay here.
Hotel is well maintained and managed, staff are friendly and services are excellent.
Big applause for Najma, very friendly and professional, and very good at cooking delicious breakfast. Thanks Najma, the delicious breakfast made us feel at home...Good service like this deserves to be recognized-thank you, Najma. You made this hotel special...

Loved the room, with space to visit. Booked this hotel because it had a pool and was looking forward to a swim at the end of a busy day. Super disappointed that the pool was under construction and that was not disclosed on the website! Lovely breakfast, drinks available throughout our stay which was nice as well. Overall, a very nice stay, would have given a 5 star if the pool had been available!

The breakfast was great and so fresh. Najma is so kind and caring to everyone that walks into the hotel. She is a gem in the world . Najma is the heart and soul of this location. She deserves all the praise and definitely a raise.

Staff were pleasant and accommodating as much as possible. They are limited to what the facilities provide and condition. Always a smile and polite. The pillows were amazing.|The carpet is so dated it is pulling up in the main hallways making it difficult to move luggage and is a falls risk. I personally caught myself in several spots in the hallways on 2 separate occations tripping ( but did not fall). It is dated that it gives the appearance of being dirty (90's) era. This is not a Karen type complaint, it is just well over due for renovations. |The hallways are very dark and poorly lit, making the not so |great signage difficult to see and read. |There are newer and nore affordable options in Olds. This facility is more like a Motel 6 in quality of the building and is a 30yrs in need or updating.

We had an amazing breakfast experience thanks to our server Najma! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right from the moment we sat down. Great service like this deserves to be recognized—thank you for taking such good care of us!

Excellent breakfast, especially the waffles, made to order, nice & fresh. comfortable beds, clean rooms. however, cant find the elevator to the second floor, not that we needed.

Would give zero stars if i could.
Stayed here a while ago, never made the review hoping the benefit of the doubt that things would have a different outcome. This establishment should Be looking at getting some new HONEST housekeeping staff. They must treat the lost and found like finders keepers? Indefinitely will not be returning, and we're supposed to trust these people to clean our rooms with valuables in.. pfft.

Basically i had just boughten a lantern (2 ft tall and about 1 ft wide) to take out to my father's grave who recently passed away and stayed at the hotel and had put the lantern in the bathroom to charge, and saddly i had forgotten to grab it before we left because we were running a little behind.

Anyways, i went back to the hotel later that day and they said that nothing had been found in our room..
So i waited and incalled again the following day, again nothing... fast forward to a week or so ago i was passing thru and stopped in and went to ask them about it and the outcome is completely unacceptable. Hospitality service. HA. I don’t see the hospitality in that.

Now that's out in the open the only outcome would be that whoever cleaned my room that day thought that they needed that lantern more then my father's grave did..
Are you kidding me.. Whoever the (use a swear word of choice) you think you are that you can just claim something as yours and not even have the decency to report it to the lost and found. Theives are the worst kind of people.

Still no call from the management team. It's no bother hard to look at the schedule and see who cleaned my room that day and confront them about it because the security cameras caught me going in with the lantern. But whoever the maid with sticky fingers walked out with it..

I hope you needed it more than my father’s grave.
