Venus pour 2 nuits nous sommes globalement satisfaits.|L'accueil n'est pas très chaleureux, le jeune homme parle à une vitesse incroyable et même ayant bien compris que nous étions étrangers, il n'a fait aucun effort pour se faire comprendre, c'est sa collègue qui est intervenue pour nous dire qu'il fallait vérifier que la chambre était prête avant de nous donner l'accès (il était quand même 17h30, les chambres sont censées être dispos à 15h). La chambre n'était pas super propre, des dosettes de peanut butter étaient par terre, des couverts dans le tiroir étaient extrêmement sales, nourriture bien collée dessus... Bon on s'attendait à mieux étant des habitués des BW.|Le petit déjeuner est complet, la salle est grande par contre il y fait un froid glacial, ne pas oublier de descendre avec une veste.|Le gros point négatif est arrivé au check out, l'employée nous dit qu'elle ne peut pas annuler la pré-autorisation de prélèvement qu'ils font à l'arrivée, elle ne donne pas d'explication et nous dit de voir ça avec notre banque, en gros ça marche pas alors débrouillez vous ! pas terrible le service, cela nous a déçu de ce que nous connaissons habituellement avec cette chaîne.

Petit déjeuner à éviter !! Salle et places insuffisantes. Qualité très moyenne. 2 employées seulement pour réapprovisionner et nettoyer ! Impossible donc c'est sale et il manque de tout ! Problème récurrent vu les autres avis !

I recently stayed at Best Westernin Hinton and had a pleasant experience. The biggest highlight was the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and the overall atmosphere made for a restful stay. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining the space, which I truly appreciated.The complimentary breakfast was decent, offering a variety of hot and cold options. While it wasn’t anything extravagant, it was more than enough to start the day on the right .Overall, Best Western provides a solid stay for travelers looking for a clean and comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. It’s a reliable choice, and I’d consider staying again.

Great stay. Fantastic staff best value in Hinton by far. Lots of parking and secure. Passed this along to the team and recommended them to stay. I stay at a lot of hotels and this one was in the top 10. Comfortable bed clean room with good wifi can’t ask for better

Room was spacious but definitely could use some soundproofing. We stayed near the elevator and heard it open and close all night. Besides that the room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were super. Front desk was super helpful and I was able to get work documents printed no problem. Continental brekki was ok. Coffee machine was great. Location was great.

Clean. Loved the suites. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was good but the kitchen staff had a tip jar she kept putting in new places to signal we needed to tip. She wasn’t serving us and we cleaned up after ourselves. Just tipping in general is getting crazy., don’t usually bring cash down to serve myself breakfast.

I am not sure where to start.
The lobby looks nice enough, but then it's downhill from there.
When the gentleman checked us in i asked for extra blankets andhe said they were in the room. Great. Got to our 11 degree freezing room, where my kids had to sit with coats on for 45 minutes until it was warm enough. Only to find out there was a spare sheet and pillow, but no blanket. I went back down and the guy acted like I was lieing and seemed upset that I dare ask for a blanket, but begrudgingly gave me a spare.
I booked this hotel so my kids could go swimming and even though the pool was clearly open moments before, with all five of my family members in their swim suits in the lobby, there was a sign on the pool door "closed for maintenance- sorry for the inconvenience". My children were devastated.
When I inquired with the front desk on when it would reopen she shrugged and offered no information. When I asked if we'd receive a discount at checkout since the pool was the whole reason we booked this hotel, the old lady scoffed and laughed.
Breakfast was pretty lackluster, but the coffee machine was good.
At checkout the young woman asked how my stay was, and when I said "not great", she said, "Okay... Have a great day!"
Really disappointed in the staff and the amenities.
