Be careful when placing a loved one with Demetia/Alzheimers In here. Moving my gramma in, we were told to go through the delivery door in the back. No one met us there, and no one told us where to go. I had to call multiple times when we were there to get the access number for the keypads.

They cannot properly take care of a dementia patient. They did not brush out her hair or bathe her. They cornered her and forced her into areas where she did not know. Causing her to become agitated. They did not make the transition easy on her or any of my family member. They do not deal with aggression well.
They still charged us the entire month of March and April even though she was only there until the end of the first week of March before my grandmother was admitted to hospital.

We dealt with so so much in the small span of time that my grandmother was here. It was ridiculous and causes so much emotional and financial stress on myself and family.

When we moved her things out, no staff to be found. It took us more than five minutes to find someone, and only to have found them gossiping about other patients.

I am disgusted by their lack of empathy and compassion.

This place is horrible, think twice before placing your loved one in this facility! Patient checks were supposed to be made every 1/2 hour. I was there on more than one occasion for 2 hours or more and never saw a staff member even peek their head in the door!

I visit my parents quite often and this evening was the first time I got to meet the Health Care Aid named Peggy. What a blessing this lady is. The care and compassion she has is beyond commendable. Peggy is a true asset to the Bethany.

The food is cooked elsewhere and reheated there, and frequently it's reheated far too much to be edible. They don't have salads or alternatives when the meal is too overcooked. Staff don't know how to do their jobs properly and there often isn't enough staff. When someone I know who lives there had a bad reaction to antibiotics and reported it to staff, rather than get the Dr to change the prescription they kept asking my friend do you want to take your antibiotics today? Are you kidding me? They never did get the Dr to change the prescription. I wouldn't let them care for my dog.

You have the wrong address. 1194 Kildeer Close is a private residence! Please correct this as it's very annoying to me to be receiving packages that should go to Bethany Care Center.

Lovely indoor garden! I use to take a group of kids with summerfun to play with the elderly and they seems to really enjoy it!
