Wind caught my patio swing out door and ripped the door off the hinges. When to Bethel and Gary V. helped me out explained what needed to be done and cost. Brought my broken door back the next day and Bethel prepared a new door with exact measurements so it will just have to be put back into its hinges. And all the dead bolt and knobs fits perfectly. I had to wait about half hour for them to prepare the door.

Bethel Windows & Doors will definitely sell to anyone and take your money, HOWEVER if you have any warranty issues and you live out of town you will wait for months. Jeff continues to make a lot of excuses for a simple warranty claim. I’ve left numerous messages for Jeff so I can schedule my door to be fixed, Jeff does not return my calls. Jeff always says he does his best but he is extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with.

Had a door and window done by this company. Door is fine so far window has major leak problem. Paul just said it is not there problem but a roof problem which we had checked no issue. He has not sent out the installer to check and refuses that it is not his problem. Install Warranty problem seems an issue with this company as they contract out the install so would advise using a different company that does their own work and guarantees it. If they do come back will update but so far Paul is very rude. Sad we did hear the contractors at the time say the window was a little small so they filled the top with foam pushing out our siding board. Do hope this issue gets resolved soon but by other posts not sure what will happen

We built a new house in 2020, and got all windows and doors from Bethel. A few months after moving in the wind started blowing and every single window in the house whistled LOUDLY. We had Bethel come out 3 separate occasions to deal with the windows, and the third time the serviceman was quite rude. He seemed annoyed that he had to keep returning. He told us the windows hadn’t been manufactured correctly. So here I sit, 3 years later, listening to the wind whistle like crazy through my new house. Incredibly frustrating. I don’t like giving negative reviews to local businesses but I just can’t recommend this company, given our experience.

Sadly can not remember the good-looking character with the long white hair, but he was awesome at helping us out too.

You get what you pay for, and I can see why they are used in modular builds where quality doesn't matter as much. Just an overly cheaply built window that for some.teason took longer to manufacture on site than it does to order one from a major manufacturer. Wanted to keep it.loval.but not at the cost of quality.

Update* the more I think of these ppl calling themselves Christian and have the nerve to have a cross in their logo even though they will sell their customers down the river with shoddy 5pm Friday windows then never make good on any fixes or anything. There's an afterlife for you guys alright but you aren't going end up where you think. Shameful. At least change your logo you fraud.

We bought a brand new double wide mobile home last September at Nelson home. The windows installed are Bethel Windows and should come with a warranty. My question is : Why are those windows such bad quality ? Why is it that the wind is able to make them rattle? Why is that they freeze up in the winter ? Why are they not sealing right ?
But most of all : WHY IS NOBODY AT BETHEL REPLYING TO MY EMAILS ASKING FOR HELP TO GET THEM FIXED So far I am not impressed with Bethel Windows , afterall a family owned local company . I will keep trying to get any responce and will add to this review ..
June 28th. Bethel called , looks like they send us the warranty assessor to have a look . This is great , we keep you posted. Assessor was in on July 01 2021 , very nice guy and for sure helpful. He said that there is a part missing or not long enough to seal the window properly, manufacturing problem for sure, he said that he will let his boss know and we should expect a follow up soon. I have not heard anything back from Bethel and today is the 11th of July 2021
As of July 22th 2021, the gentleman that inspected our windows is on " tour" so no answers yet.July 31th still waiting , no answer so far. The one window was " fixed " but as we noticed in the winter time frooze up and so did all other window. Wondering what would happen if there is a fire and all the windows can not be opened therefore no escape .December 2022 , we had a quote done to replace one window as it is so bad , got told that all those windows are not up to to standart , the windows carry a 10 year warranty by Bethel and we have a " New Home Warranty " in place . Will keep you posted

I ordered 2 doors last year and had good service. Today I tried to order another door but the guy on the phone gave me BAD service! Told me it would be impossible to look up my last order; told me to call a contractor; basically I got the run around. Don't know what's happened from the 'can-do' service last year to this year. The employee is giving the company a bad name.
