I can't speak highly enough of the only employee (I believe his name was Brandon? Sorry if that's incorrect) who helped us. After stopping in to see about purchasing a new laptop for my parents when their tower failed, he suggested instead that we bring it in for a look, stating that we wouldn't be charged for diagnostic work, only if he could fix the it. We agreed and left it with him, and sure enough he was able to fix the old tower in a timely manner, for a very reasonable price. Certainly much less than the cost of a new computer. He even changed some parts that were not optimal for better, used parts and didn't charge for that. The time he took explaining things and giving options to my elderly mother was over and above in terms of good customer service and I'm sure we'll be back any time we need computer work done. Very impressed!

I had some problems with a desktop PC after a recent move and connected with Zak at Beyond the Boundary on Market St. They took me in right away and were able to find a solution quickly and were very reasonable in their pricing for the excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend both Zak and Braden for your computer service and sales needs.
