Despite living in Edmonton, when a friend referred me to this company, I thought it was worth a shot. We initially got a quote from Glass Doctors to fix a broken garage window and they quoted us $500 and let us know it would be 14-21 days. When I called Biddiscombe Auto Glass, they went and checked out our broken window that same day. They noticed another garage window was cracked and replaced both for $250. I can't recommend them enough! They were efficient, and had the best price. Thank you!!

I would give this biddiscombe glass 0stars
Sandy replaced my rear glass on my Jeep the year of my Jeep is 2017 if he was experienced in newer vehicles he would know that it’s a power open and close liftgate/tailgate but Sandy decided to slam my lift gate shut Causing it to malfunction! He snapped the handles and clips on the casing on the inside of my Jeep. Do not go here unless you want extra cost to have your vehicle fixed, I’m $1000 out of pocket because what he did, and he also gave my personal information to another dealership. He maybe cheaper, but in the long run your out of pocket getting your vehicle repaired because the damage he caused. I’ve never in my life had to deal with such a despicable person who treats his customers the way he did, DO NOT GO HERE! Pay the extra for a more reliable company

Had a rear window installed on my Scion tC after it was broken into. The window was installed in August, and it recently exploded while sitting in my yard, even though there was no one even near my car at the time it broke. It was simply a glass failure, caused by either a poor install or poor quality glass. I would expect a $450 window to last longer than 6 months, so when I phoned to explain the situation, Sandy was very rude and basically told me that I was lucky that it lasted as long as it did. I understand that this type of thing can happen with tempered glass, but to me a reputable company would try to help you when it happens within 6 months of the install. Now I’am faced with a car full of glass and a $500 bill to have it repaired once again by a different company that offers a warranty. Hard to believe a shop with a good rating treats customers this poorly.
