Amazing standard first aid class! Steph our instructor was nothing less than top notch. Excellent instruction, clear, concise. She had real life experience to share and I gained knowledge which when taking first aid every three years for a few plus decades can sometimes get pretty monnotamus. Class was a great combination for hands on and "bookwork". I would highly recommend.

Jordyn at Big Hearts was great! She made the course much more interactive and less dry than other first aid courses I’ve done. She used little games and activities throughout the day (group matching activity, trivia game using our phones, etc) to review some units rather than just summarizing the book chapter by chapter. I’ll be returning for my recertification in 3 years 🙂

I’ve taken first aid courses many times over the years and this one was by far the best. I liked that it was a blended course of practical and online. I could work at my own pace. I also enjoyed that the instructor incorporated interactive games and the instructor also had great enthusiasm and personality.
They also have the best manni’s that i’ve used. Theirs gave feedback to how well you were performing chest compressions such as rhythm and depth.

I completed my first aid training with Jordyn yesterday. It was refreshingly informative, the hands on training was seamless and she made it quite enjoyable. The day passed by great! I love that there's another option to do First Aid in GP now. Definitely would love to come back here rather than St. John's!

I had a great experience with Big Hearts. Steph was amazing as an instructor, very professional but also fun! The games and activities made the day go by fast. I like the fact that they had a class on the weekend which ST Johns did not. I will definitely use them again in the future.
