Just finished working with BSB. I would go somewhere else. A lot of fluff with very little substance. I was sold on the extras like 'very very excellent chance of getting the loan' or 'I will introduce you to a RBC representative that we personally work with.' While all this amounts to is you having to go through the loan process step by step by yourself anyways and the representative is just some regular that works at RBC that you could have looked up. Btw, the RBC rep didn't even know the business plan was made by BSBCON! Ridiculous. Go somewhere else.

Update in response to business owner: Why would I become irate when I have to introduce my business concept? I had to introduce it to you for you to be able to do the business plan. Once again you continue to obfuscate the issue to cover your inability to deliver. Anyone with a brain or anyone that has gone through a business planner would be able to tell that you are telling half truths where you are mixing in lies. For everyone else, I would stay clear. He definitely puts the black in black sheep.
