Houdini trained for underwater escapes by soaking in a tub of water and ice. I don’t plan on doing that, but having my bathtub refinished by Blackstone Refinishing was a great choice. I was booked in right away, the fee was reasonable and the customer service exceeded my expectations (I removed a window screen for them and they installed it when the window access was no longer needed.) Now that the tub is refinished, it looks new.

While renovating a property, we had Blackstone Refinishing come in to refinish our old tub. They booked us in right away, showed up on time, did an amazing job on the tub and had it looking brand new for a very reasonable price. Blackstone Refinishing repaired my fibreglass tub as it was starting to crack. Service was excellent. Initial review was done by photos being sent. Response from reviewing the photos, to booking the repair, to having it repaired was very quick. Service was great and value was exceptional when other companies wouldn’t even look to repair the fibreglass. Overall the service was great, timely, professional and would both recommend them and use them again.

Blackstone did an excellent job of a tub, shower and sink refinishing. The work was done on time and for a resonable cost. They were very responsive for making sure we were happy and even did some work they deemed necessary that was not on the original PO. These folks are great. I moved into a place that had a tub that looked okay, but had a large crack (and several smaller ones) that was concealed with white paint by the previous occupant. When I spoke to people in the building about the problem one of them immediately recommended Blackstone. I emailed them right away. Within 24 hours I heard from Harry, by email and phone and everything was put in motion. His crew (special thanks to Baron for his exceptional work), were on time, professional, and got their work done ahead of schedule. My final bill came in under my estimate. Yup, you read that right. I never would have known this, nor would I have asked for a reduction; it was just the good people at Blackstone doing the right thing. I wrote a letter to our building managers to make sure they know how happy I am with the work so that they can share the contact info with others. That is also why I am taking the time to post this review. Oh, and besides being fixed, the tub looks amazing. Thanks Blackstone!
