My hair from Blue Willow Nov 18 , 2024 . I paid 220 to have cut and colour and this was it . Blue Willow has wished me good luck in the future and now won’t respond to me . I’m not a bully for complaining or was I harassing you by repeated contacts while you ignored me . Make me the bad guy Shelly so you keep the money? Ultimately I paid 220 for this and the work speaks for itself, you were mad I complained and insisted it was fair to fire me as a client and keep my money by saying I was a bully . Hopefully this post stops someone else for paying for that job and I didn’t deny the offer to get it fixed as that’s why I was trying to reach you . I got ripped off here clearly , look at the photo .i also asked for a blow out , they don’t use a round brush for that they use a Dyson air wrap . That’s not a blowout ,but Shelly says they have a different definition of blow out ? I wet my hair when I got home and blew it out myself

I've been going to Shellie for a few years now after a long 25+ year search to find my forever hair stylist, I finally found her! My hair is very dense, thick and curly. Only Shellie has been able to give me a proper cut in all my years of haircuts! I recently had a cut and color and wanted to praise a new Aveda product called Botanical Repair, bond building flash treatment that Shellie used. It is THE holy grail of hair products. My hair after 4 washes is still incredibly soft, silky, shiny and feels like I just left the salon today! It is a must try for anyone that wants salon feeling hair at home. You won't be disappointed! 🙂

You can tell that these stylists are passionate about the great service they give. They take their time and are incredibly detailed. I book with Cara. She is very gifted at listening and achieving the results that I would like. The products are so gentle and smell Amazing! Happy to have found my new salon home.
