FYI for anyone who purchases a big ticket item (for Christmas for instance) that after 14 days, they will not refund your money but instead offer you a gift card for in store only. I am stuck with a $350 gift card that I will never use. Customers should certainly be informed of this while making their purchase, as this fact alone would have sent me elsewhere!! I will never spend my money here again.

Great customer service the manager and staff were fantastic and the deals on there merchandise were incredible. I couldn't recommend a place more than this. If you need anything for this upcoming winter I highly recommend this store

Very disappointed in this Lloydminister shop they should change the name to something else. The Edmonton store is 75% skateboarding and clothes and actually sells Powell Peralta products and decks unlike this store sadly.

Shaye the manager is very rude I feel bad for the employees there while I was in there I heard him talk very bluntly rude to the guy… poor thing, did nothing wrong
