Needed clean water for a cottage hot tub, admit a nice problem to have. Local prices for bulkwater in Whitewater region, Ontario, especially for hot tubs, have risen a lot. After calling several numbers/vendors, BEI's Dispatcher was able to respond with a truck Same Day as was returning from another job site. I was impressed with prompt, friendly service of both Dispatch & Driver, and will definitely contact them again for water next season!

Hi If google allowed zero stars Bonnechere would get 0 stars,, Bonnechere hired a sub contractor to do Ministry of Transportaion MTO contract,, Bonnechere was paid 2.4 million gor the work the sub contractor did and Bonnechere paid the sub Contractor zero 0$. This job was done 4 years ago MTO paid for the job with no complaints of the quality of the job. If you have a soul and a heart do not trust Bonnechere. Refrain from working for Bonnechere or using Bonnechere services.

One of their trucks turned onto the 17 near cobden in front of me, had to slam the brakes on so I would not hit him. Called the company and gave them the license number, my name and phone number. That was a week ago and no call back. Very dangerous driver.

Zero regard for pedestrians. Walkers are of no concern as they tear up and block multiple sidewalks at a time. They harass and bully anyone near their staging areas.
A bei truck with two young men drove up to me at speed and slammed on the brakes in front of me with their headlamps in my face at 6:30 one evening. When i approached the drivers door to confront them, they remained in the truck behind their tinted windows for a moment and drove off. The cowards didnt even have the nerve to speak to me. Not to mention that they were most likely getting paid overtime to enforce their little power trip.
This is only one of countless times they have harassed myself and others. The conduct of BEI workers has been less than professional and most likely very costly to their company and of the town of Renfrew. Especially when they failed to meet the deadline to complete the main street project.

BEI is responsible for the conduct of the people they employ. The town of Renfrew should consider this when negotiating contract with this company in the future.

Spoke with this company due to an incident which occurred where one of their vehicles traveling on the highway with a piece of heavy equipment which was covered in rocks and one of the rocks flew off the equipment and cracked the windshield on our brand new vehicle. The company basically said we don't have a vehicle with that license plate # and we aren't working in the area that I had told them it happened. So they basically said oh well, it's no fault insurance - dealt with it! Well, if you have any regard, don't deal with this company - find another option!
