Brandstrong is a top notch design company. From day one, I started getting great designs... While some aren't always a bullseye on the first draft (I would never expect that anyway), we ALWAYS get to a stunning result. We always find our footing within 1 or 2 drafts, then 2 revisions just to tweak and fitz and futz. (That's because I'm a stickler for details)

Great job you guys! Looking forward to a long relationship. (For high volume clients, their Private Jet plan is a no brainer.)

They have some amazing artists! Although the quality varies between the graphic designers they got, its still at steal for the monthly fee, especially if you are looking for a constant stream of quality illustrations. (attached some my favorites of their works for my fashion/tees/etc. business).
Oftentimes we just gave them a relative uncertain direction of what we want and they draw something amazing out of their hat a few days later.

Brandstrong is out of this world PHENOMENAL. I worked with and trialed a few other designers and agencies and haven't found any other company that compares to the level of quality and caliber. The team really cares about you as a client, and that is really refreshing in this day and age where a lot of companies are all about volume, automation, and don't give a fudgesicle about customer care and happiness.

Not to mention, you're also assigned a customer success person (Project manager) and i can't stress how important this is. I started out with another woman who hopped on a phone call with me, and she was there on a day to day basis. Huge shoutout to Gerald, who always makes sure that not only am I on my A-game in getting feedback in on time, but also makes sure that the designers are delivering. I don't think I'd have as much output without him. Everyone needs a Gerald in their corner.

I had some issues with a billing error for my first month. Not only did Gerald process the corrections to my credit card on file, he followed up on every single piece of items that i needed and gave me updates. This made me confident and made me feel like i was making a good investment in working with them. The support team are super proactive and aren't shy about following up, which is what I personally need as a business owner who constantly gets overwhelmed and forgets about things due to... well, Life.

The designers and creative team are incredible. Like really. You can tell they read the job briefs and actually get to know you and your brand. They don't slap together generic stuff just to mark a job done, they deliver quality and put so much thought into their concepts.

When i signed up, the team went through flaming hoops just to get one of my projects delivered on time. It was very time sensitive and Gerald managed to make sure everyone was doing their part to meet the deadline (even if I was sometimes the bottleneck in the process) *gulp* . They never made me feel bad or guilty for requesting revisions, and they were so patient and delivered!

Finally, Karl, the founder actually recorded me a welcome video! I was blown away. When i first received the message, i thought, "there's no way he recorded this just for me. He probably just records a generic welcome video, but puts my name in the message for automation purposes." But to my surprise, he said my name a few times in the video and invited me for a call to officially welcome me! :O

This team delivers jaw-dropping service and i can't imagine my life without them. I'm thinking of hiring them to help me with some client projects just so i can continue working with them.

I'd give ten stars if i could. I dream of the day I have a team like Brandstrong's. Hire them. You won't regret it!

The team at Brandstrong are super responsive and reliable. Nothing is too much trouble and I often challenge them with out of the box requirements. Their unlimited revisions feature means you can get things just right.
