I can't say enough good things about this shop and no wonder why they are one of the highest rated in the area! I was in a real bind, needing a repair on short notice on my rig's mud flap, and they went above and beyond to fit me in. Their customer service is top-notch, and it's obvious they genuinely care about their clients. I'll definitely be returning for any future needs. Highly recommend!

Huge thank you to the employees. Not only did they have what we were looking for but they took the time to look. After going to a couple other places and being brushed off like they didn't have the time and frankly quite rude. It was nice to be treated like a person and actually try to help and was ready to look elsewhere if they didn't. Thank you so much to the staff for awesome customer service.

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Brandt Peterbilt. My Peterbilt 389 was towed to their facility after an accident on Jan 30. I love my Peterbilt and had custom heavy-duty hood, grill, and bumper. Despite my specific request for all original Peterbilt parts, they installed cheap aftermarket parts and charged the full price of OEM parts. The total cost of repairs was over $52,000 as they charged the price of expensive parts, but actually used cheap ones instead.

The repair process was painfully slow, taking over 2 months to even start and about 4.5 months to complete. I even visited in person all the way from Brampton (4 hours drive) to ensure the use of similar custom parts, they ignored my request and proceeded without my consent. When I finally picked up the truck on June 18, I was horrified to find the low-quality parts and discovered that several personal items were stolen from inside the truck, including a Samsung tablet, Garmin GPS, Bluetooth speaker, and more.

Brandt Peterbilt claimed they weren’t responsible for the theft, pointing fingers at the body shop they used. They even admitted to a history of thefts at that shop but took no accountability. The poor workmanship was evident: the truck shook dangerously on the highway due to loose front tie rods, there was a red air warning signal, and the power mirrors were non-functional. And how could you not cover the missing hood, with all the rain the parts under the hood rusted. See pictures.

To top it off, they didn’t perform the required safety check because the insurance didn’t cover it, leaving me to foot the bill. My own mechanic found numerous issues, costing me another $3,000 and all the work is not yet complete.

The lack of communication, shoddy repairs, and refusal to take responsibility for the theft of my items have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would never recommend Brandt Peterbilt Sudbury to anyone. Avoid them if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Great Dealership. I got a check engine light south of town and called them up. With a full schedule they were able to fit me in and had the parts in stock. They also let me spend the night in their yard. Keep up the great work guys

A few days ago, on my way from Toronto to Winnipeg, my truck got a stop warning and I urgently came here. My truck is Volvo, but in normal times I'm checking my truck at the Peterbuild shop. This time, I came here again after searching for Peterbilt. As soon as I arrived here, I learned the cause of the problem with Matt's quick inspection and action, I was relieved, and I was grateful for the kindness of the staff. It wasn't a big problem, so I didn't take any service fees, even re-checking it so I could go to Winnipeg and repair it. He was encouraged to go to Winnipeg safely and greeted to stop by whenever there was another problem, and arrived safely in Winnipeg and immediately completed the repair at Peterbuild Winnipeg. I would like to express my best appreciation to Matt and wish you the best of your ability.

Very awesome service from these I have never had to wait very long unless it was something major with the trucks I drive. Very friendly guys in the shop and awesome atmosphere in the office. Always amazing people to deal with.

I had went there to get something simple done and my truck was in there for 3 days and I also didn’t appreciate the attitude and ignorance of the service manager I was dealing with I understand they get busy but should still be kind to the customer. Hopefully next time I go there I have a better experience.
