As we walked into this dealership we were greeted by several employees asking how they could help us , we were then directed to Nathan Nickerson one of the product ambassadors. He was very helpful, polite and professional. We were able to pick out the vehicle we wanted quite quickly and Jill Daldon, their financial advisor was able to workout all the fine print and get us on our way. Very nice experience with the service departement at Bruce Honda. The Technical Advisor, Dawson, was very cordial, knew his stuff and gave us good service as did the mechanic who verified our 2014 Civic. Very honest and forthcoming.

Good day, we were trading our toyota Rav4 for a Crv, the professional service at every level makes this a top tier dealership from our experience, our trade top end price, our purchase excellent out the door and on the road price point excellent, salesman Nathan cool as a cucumber 🥒 knowledgeable about product low no pressure sales delivery, Gino in the financial leasing portion of the sale was a very personable and knowledgeable about the options available with leasing, the dealership it self was impeccable throughout, lot, showroom, service area, washrooms and also complimentary coffee, this was our first step in the relationship that we're building together to get down the road safely and traveling in honda style, the detail guy was a nice fellow too, great job see ya at the first service date, CRV Canadian made eh 🇨🇦

We're very happy with the experience we had at Honda. Nathan was patient with us and very accomodating. He was well informed about the redesigned Passport and was able to answer all of our questions.
