I have been working with Richela, Amanda, Ceone and their team at BubbleUp for nearly a year. What I have appreciated the most is their extensive efforts in getting to know our company. They spent a lot of time asking great questions and listening and learning about us and our Clinic before creating a marketing plan. They respond quickly to my questions and concerns and they are excellent at what they do. Of course, not every company is ever perfect. What they could improve on is better communication between myself and some of their IT people. Some emails and enquiries went unanswered. However, Richela dealt with this when issues came up. They are a fun team to work with. I would recommend them if you want to learn more about your own company and the complex world of marketing.
