COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL TRUCK (WITH TRAILER) DRIVER.

Winter 2023 came, and so did snow/ice covered highways. I was returning home driving hwy 22 between Rocky and Caroline.
Our spare car (main one in
for hail damage repair) only has all seasons on so driving was sketchy and slow.

One thing I notice is drivers who don't try to pass unnecessarily and keep a safe distance.

The driver had been following me along hwy 22 south after turning off hwy 11, and essentially settled in behind me keeping a steady safe distance all the way.

Our turn is on an uphill , so I signalled my turn well in advance and noted how the driver immediately began to slow and increase distance between us- THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN USUALLY WITH MOST DRIVERS AT THIS INTERSECTION. WITH TRAFFIC ONCOMING, MOST PUSH UP CLOSE OR SWERVE INTO THE ONCOMING LANE.

He/she did not. I made my turn and noticed the badging on the side of the truck. And decided to drop them a message about the professional manor in with which this person drove.

Wish more would just follow this example.
