I always try to read up people's reviews and especially the bad ones, I can't seem to pinpoint what the problem was. We love Burger King. On the way to Edmonton, we discovered this location, so we decided to stop and have a meal. I always order from the app, and as always, we expect the food to be ready in a few minutes. We went inside after 7 minutes, was greeted by a female staff and it didn't take long for our food to be ready. It was piping hot and fresh and good.

The one thing I love about this location is that I don't have to contend with the Red Deer Gasoline Alley traffic congestion and too many people anywhere for food, gas, etc. Penhold is now my New Rest Stop Area.

Avoid the location is your in a hurry! Fast Food it’s not. Staff not very eager to meet the fast pace demands of the business. Service was very slow, staff appear to have limited training and poor customer service skills. Tip. Work with a smile and use positive verbal tones. Food was Ok, restaurant common area filthy.

Hello, previously I left a not so favorable review about this establishment. I want to apologize to the management and staff. I was not at all fair and I was quite judgmental towards this business.
BK does provide great service and a high quality food! One of my favorite fast food restaurants. I highly recommend Penhold Burger King!

I'm not sure what goes on in there behind the closed doors. Three times now I've ended up waiting up to 10 minutes in the parking lot for my food in an otherwise empty parking lot.

On top of that, all orders were wrong (and none were complicated with the most being no pickles and add cheese) and my order last week was cold.

I go out of my way to eat at BK because I really do like their burgers but I can't recommend this location.

Use to like this place till i saw kid come into work. Never washed hands,wearring jacket he came in with on, pull on gloves and make sandwiches. Then take order out to car. Open door with same plastic gloves on, and go back and make more sandwiches, and not change gloves once. Never washed hands. Never eat there again!
