I have been a customer here for a couple years, I spent my hard earned money to outfit myself and .my daughters with quality pieces. I traveled to this town to.go to this specific store to buy a sized down bra as I had lost weight.recently. I did not have time to try on, I knew exactly what I needed, I had been measured previously. I did not have time to try on the piece nor do I have to if I don't want to. When I got to the till the owner was super rude, questioning me as the customer and giving me a bitchy spiel.about if I needed to return, and rollong her eyes and shrugging at me, in front of my teen daughter. i have been wearing and buying bras for 40 years, I know my body and my size. In this store the customer is not right and the customer is not appreciated. It's not rocket science, you work in an underwear store, calm down. Perhaps if you can't treat your customers with kindness and respect, you have been doing it too long. I got home, my piece fit perfectly, as I knew it would, and I will now be purchasing this brand elsewhere. I try and support local businesses in my area and in this case I have been treated better and have been appreciated more in a big brand store. I will say her other staff are friendly and accomododating. Perhaps the owner should.leave it to them.to do the customer service.

My mom and I made the trip from Edmonton because we heard they are very size inclusive.
During our shopping experience we felt dignified, respected and special. They actually had bras our size. They fit correctly and were comfortable!
We left happy with a smile on our faces, with confidence, more knowledge about how bras should fit and we bought many great bras! We will definitely be back. Thanks for great experience ladies!!

Absolutely worth the drive from Sylvan Lake. The ladies were SO helpful, understanding and a pleasure to shop with. I’ve never loved bra shopping, the staff here made the experience wonderful. Happy to say I showed up with an ill fitting bra and I’m left with the best and cutest bras I’ve ever owned!

Being a large busted woman, I have gone to several lingerie shops to be fitted for a comfortable and flattering bra. This is the very first time I was fitted perfectly!! I walked in with a very poor opinion of my body and walked out feeling much younger and perky! The owner is so good that she just had to look at me to know what size I was and, what type of bra I needed to fix my problem areas. She put my girls back where they belong. A good bra can change a woman's attitude and confidence!! I feel like a new woman! Thank you Ladies Busted Lingerie!!!!

I really love the selection and diversity of bras at this store. I'm a 36J so bra shopping can be difficult. I'm not sure if it's changed owners or not. But now I find the owner to be not as friendly or understanding. I have very sensitive skin. I easily get rashes and redness from fábrica that bother me. So I can be a difficult person to find bras for. But at the same time I find it as irritating for myself. It's not like I enjoy being this way. So when she was quite espasperated with me when I was having troubles I found that to be quite rude and discouraging. I ended up buying a couple bras but she didn't seem any more happy with me. So from now on I think I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been going to this store for a little over a year now. I love coming here. As a bigger chested women they have helped me so much. I love that I get to wear cute bras that fit properly. I went in today to get a strapless bra and anyone who is bigger chested knows how uncomfortable those can be. I bought one that not only fits but is comfortable. I'm no longer dredding wearing my strapless for a whole day. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and beautiful.

These ladies are amazing. They were very patient, understanding and most knowledgeable. They made my day. The girls needed to be sorted out and I left extremely happy . I'll be back
