You expect the prices to be a little higher because you're in a small town, but you would think that management would make up for it with excellent customer service.. If you thought that, you would be wrong.
I arrived at the register, paid for my purchase, and before the transaction was even completed the cashier simply walked away... No hello .. No thank you for shopping with us. No communication what so ever.
If I had a choice, I would shop elsewhere... But when you're the only game in town, your choices are limited.

After filling our cart we went to the till and was somewhat greeted by a cashier that seemed to believe that the customer packs their own groceries? Sorry, wrong establishment!!
I/we have no problem helping, but to be expected to pack it ourselves was a bit upsetting. On top of that, there were a couple of guys that were up front until it started getting busy and then they disappeared!! I asked the girl to call for someone to come help, but she declined.
We’ve been shopping at this AG/Bi-Lo/Save On for over 30 years and have noticed the level of customer service decline…
Greg, the Manager is fantastic and is always helpful and expects his staff to be the same. Some obviously have missed his training sessions!!

Wow! An amazing addition to Didsbury. Nice wide aisles. Jake thinks the IAMs salmon wet food is amazing. Our local goto place for groceries. Check out the bakery - carrot muffins today - YUM.

Great store! Love the bakery . It has a fantastic selection of sugar free, keto options for diabetics. The diversity of the products is bar none the best in the area. Love the Junior shopping carts . Keep up the great work !!!

Large store, well-stocked sheves/coolers, efficient staff, every one we've met are friendly and act like they are happy to be there. Very bright lighting, so easy to find what you want. Bakery area is always filled with tasty goodies. Love it!

I do love this store and have shopped here from before it was Buy-Low ,and will continue as it morphs into SAVE ON FOODS ! The family that owns this store is awesome, helpful and possess the small town welcomeness that we all enjoy and appreciate. I have seen people online talking about the prices ect but I will be the first to defend these guys . I understand they are not the cheapest place to shop no ,however they do have a great selection of products and a points programs. I have found items here that I have had problems finding anywhere else local. Also your in a small town you can't expect the same prices as in the city ,and if you do then your in the wrong place ,please feel free to go back to the rat race .I love Didsbury and wouldn't change the few things I could chose to wine about for the nightmare that comes with any of the " convenience " of the city .

I love going to the Buy Low. If anything it's the service. The staff is so sweet. I could not ask for better. Sometimes the produce is not to snuff, that is not the Cashiers fault, most of them are just darling.

Cuts of meat have always been amazing!
