Very good experience. Recently had an issue with brand new force dryer I purchased. Josh got it back right away, held excellent communication with me quick reply’s. and stood behind their products. You don’t see businesses ran this way anymore. Needless to say I was super impressed that my warranty issue was handled with importance and understanding. Highly recommend buying your products from here!

Wanting to give a recommendation for Canadian Grooming Distributor!!! Even before I was graduated from my grooming class I reached out to Joanne. She was very inspiring and encouraged my future in the dog grooming world. I purchased every piece of equipment that I needed to begin my home grooming shop from her. Tub, table, blast dryer, fluff dryer and every accessory I needed. Her pricing was fair and the transaction was seamless. She kept me in the loop with updates on shipping and I was very happy to receive all of my product undamaged. It was packaged very well and arrived in a timely manner as promised (a day earlyeven). When my husband was installing all of my equipment she was very quick to answer my messages regarding the setup and any tweaking I needed to do for my space. I am thrilled with my experience of dealing with Canadian Grooming Distributors. If you are a new groomer wanting to get fully set up I highly recommend Joanne and Josh for all your needs. If you've been grooming for a while and you need to up date your equipment, I would say you wont be disappointed. Outstanding Customer Service! I was inquiring about an almost disconnected grooming guard comb and I emailed if they could let me know when they get them in again. After much failure to find this desired item from asking many shops, a month goes by, and CGD was the ONLY one who got back to me about getting this tool back in stock. Thank you so much!!! Outstandingly GREAT Customer Care! My husband and I drove five hours (each way) to shop at Canadian Grooming Distributors and it was worth every bit of the drive. Joanne and Josh accommodated us coming on a Sunday, when they’re typically closed, and we thank you for doing that! We picked up a tub and some other accessories. When we got home we ran into some issues with the faucet, and without any hesitation at all they sent a new one that arrived the very next day. Thank you so much for that!! Our dogs also say thank you for the Active Coats by Show Tech; they’re like being wrapped in a warm fuzzy hug after a bath. Lastly, the Super Absorption Towels are incredibly amazing! I wish they made them bigger to use on my own hair after a shower. The speed at which they absorb moisture is crazy good.

Love them! I'm out in BC and was getting a bunch of new supplies and they have always been very courteous with my million questions and fast response time. I also absolutely love their website set up. It's easy to navigate, which I have found a few other not. Definitely will continue to buy things from them for these reasons!

Canadian Grooming Distributor is much more than a grooming product distributor. They have a great knowledge of the grooming activity and they use it to select the right products to offer to their customers.
The whole team offers an outstanding customer service, with suggestions and after sale support.
Josh in particular helped us many times whit the delivery tracking, with a great patience in explaining us how to set up and use the products correctly, and with assisting us when a product needed a part to be changed. He went above and beyond and we have been feeling really supported and grateful. Thank you!!
