Money crooks, poor newspaper! Was a subscriber for almost 1 year. Wanted to suspend my paper delivery for the summer, to resume in September. They told me they can’t (I.e. they choose to NOT allow that) because my household will still have access to the online paper, which we don’t use and don’t want. We were told we still would be paying, through our credit card, the $40.50 monthly fee during this time, even though we would not be receiving a paper delivered to our home. What ethical business refuses to work with their customers and continues to charge for a service we don’t receive or want? So basically, seems like a trap where you can’t suspend delivery temporarily and resume later. So, we cancelled the paper immediately, are lost our $40.50 which they charge in advance to our credit card, and will never subscribe with this rip-off company again. Also, the content of the paper is very thin, not much news, some of which is old news from the internet (example, CBC, CTV, etc.) that we already read the day earlier before it’s printed by this newspaper.

Dealt with a rep by the name of Terri. She was wonderful. Very pleasant and friendly. Got my subscription going very fast. My carrier is terrific too. Great job guys!!!!

The amount of ads on their website makes trying to read an article very frustrating. I get 2 sentences in and the whole page jumps up or down to where I have to find where I was again. This will happen 4-5 times a story.
It's sickening the number of ads/commercials that you have to put up with.
