We were in Grande Prairie to visit family and decided to buy lift-assist kayak racks while we were there. We bought them on a Friday and were going to just take them with us to install when we got home. Then one of the guys came out from the back (maybe the manager?) very concerned because the factory installed crossbars on our vehicle wouldn’t fit with these racks. So instead of simply letting us leave and be disappointed, he sprung into action. It was almost closing time but he took our vehicle into the shop and tried fitting various crossbars on, eventually discovering that the ones we needed weren’t in stock. We were leaving town on Monday, so he called around to other stores but still no luck. He tried so hard to find a solution for us. It was closing time but he spent time searching his warehouse some more and finally found crossbars that would work! He went into the shop on Sunday, on his own time while the store was closed, and got the crossbars and kayak racks all put together for us, so we were able to get them quickly popped onto the top of our vehicle Monday morning before we hit the road. The tenacity they showed us in finding a solution was amazing. We highly recommend them.

I bought running boards from another truck accessory company in town and they shorted me a whole bunch of hardware. Went into cap it (because they're the only ones open on Saturday) and Matt gave me all the necessary hardware needed to complete my running board install, for free! It's the small things that will earn a man's business.

Went in to get a roof carrier box they were very helpful it was raining and they took it in the back and did the install quick and free of charge and showed me how to do it also. My 3 year old boy came in and was running around looking at all the cool stuff they were kind enough to even bring him a cool hot wheels car. I’ve never posted a review before but thanks to the big fella and crew there this was all around a good experience and very happy with the cargo box.

After determining my busted fog light was a result of a cracked wire and not the led bulb, Matt fixed the issue very quickly. Also, purchased my led headlights from them and after two years they are still going strong.

Had a brake controller installed at Cap It. Still did not have working trailer brakes and trailer lights were not working properly. Brought back to Cap It and they traced wires and found a green monster in the wire at the back. They cut out the bad section and got it all working properly. Was there just under an hour and they didn’t charge me for the return visit. Solid customer service. Thanks guys

Purchased a cap for our truck in March. Paid in full, biggest mistake!! Came in from manufacturer messed up. We did not want the cap to be “jimmy rigged” to fit into our truck. When having the conversation the assistant manager was adamant that we were offered to send to a body shop. Assistant manager was rude and ignorant and not a care for the fact we are 6 months in and still no solid answers.
I will not recommend this business to anyone. Poor attitudes and customer service.
