There is something wrong with this clinic it should not take 2 weeks of sending faxes to the office so I can get my prescription renewed. Every time I call they always have a new excuse there is no reason for this I have be without my puffer for breathing for 2 weeks now and finding it harder and harder to breathe with this humidity. When is this going to change for the better? This is a disgrace ?

What is going on with our amazing nurse practitioners at this location? I have lost 3 amazing practitioners within 2yrs.? I understand there are great opportunities out there , but what about the commitment to your clients? there seriously a problem...Concerned client.

I travel from Sudbury to see a NP here. I have complex medical needs and my NP is very thorough and accommodating. The admin staff is great also

There is no words that can explain how much this clinic helped me.
As you walk in, you feel at home, always very polite, helpful and always do their follow-ups.
The experience I had with my doctor there was over the top!
He was always very open, never any judgement and I felt he was working with me in every way.
All I can say is WOW! And thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our nurse practitioner Carly was amazing. Caring, thorough and very knowledgeable. We have seen Amanda too and she is equally helpful and efficient. However, Carly has left and we have a new nurse practitioner, hopefully she is as good as Carly. Overall very happy with the clinic and their professionalism.

If I could give a rating to one particular practitioner I would have , unfortunately I have been unable to find a way to do so ... My assigned nurse practitioner is by far one of the kindest and wonderful human beings. I have been so blessed to have her as my health car provider, and this review is absolutely NO reflection of her services and care . I would highly recommend her to anyone one , same goes for the wonderful nurses and administration staff .

This review is based on the the nurse practitioner who I saw once for my IUD insertion. I had never met this woman before as she is not my assigned care provider, the only reason I was being treated by her for my IUD insertion was that my nurse practitioner was not trained on the procedure at the time .
The entire experience has gone from unpleasant to my absolute worst nightmare. Her bedside manner and general demeanor were aweful . It is an uncomfortable enough situation to be in without having your practitioner be cold and bordering on rude. When asking questions about post insertion care I was met with an attitude that suggested I was irritating her. After insertion I felt confused and in a lot of pain . A few weeks later I went for an internal ultrasound and did not hear back for a follow up. Assuming no news was good news I continued with my regular day to day life. However I began to experience bleeding in situations I shouldn't be and decided to speak to my nurse practitioner about it and she sent me for another internal ultrasound. Which revealed did the IUD was misplaced, I then went in for a follow-up with my nurse practitioner at which time she attempted to remove the IUD to replace it with a new one. She was unable to do so saying that she could not see my strings. She then referred me to a gynecologist who would have the correct tools to do so. This morning I had my appointment with my new gynecologist and to my horror I have found out that I now need surgery I can't help but wonder if perhaps the nurse practitioner that had inserted my IUD in the first place would have been more thorough with her care maybe I would not be going through this right now and having to undergo surgery, I am very disappointed with my care distraught and quite frankly terrified and put off by this entire situation.

I am so pleased with this office, and the hard workers that make it run so smoothly. They are so compassionate and very easy to make an appointment. I 100 percent recommend to anyone looking for healthcare.

Don't count on them to be there when you need them, Primum Non Nocere, (first do no harm) remember this folks who work there? it should be part of the oath you took when getting into medicine, that includes not turning sick and suffering people away. Been a patient for 5 years, I am an asthmatic who is inflamed due to a chest cold, which means in short I can't breathe properly. I showed up this morning in repiratory difficulty and was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. Apparently they won't do walk ins for patients and expect us to drive 40 km to the closest clinic in Sudbury...
